Return & Exchange Conditions

To initiate a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing us with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear images (if applicable).

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Exchanges are only possible if the requested size, color, or style is in stock.

Size Issues

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We encourage customers to check it before placing an order. If the item does not fit properly, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

All products go through a strict quality inspection before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the case and arrange a refund or replacement accordingly.

Shipping Responsibility

  • All returns must be shipped using a reliable courier service.

  • Customers must share tracking details once the return has been dispatched.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defect, or damage during transit).

Non-Eligible Returns
